Law degree from the University of Barcelona.

Diploma in Business Administration from the Business Administration School of Barcelona.

Professional experience

Founding partner of the firm in 1977. Lawyer in the Madrid Bar Association since 1977, originally from the Barcelona Bar Association. Professional career in the field of labor relations with clients such as the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE), which he has advised since its establishment regarding the various social pacts concluded in Spain from 1979 to 2011. Negotiation of numerous collective bargaining agreements and business and sectoral restructuring plans and definition of strategically distinct units of collective bargaining.

Member of the NATIONAL CONSULTING COMMITEE ON COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS, of tripartite nature (1983-2011). .

Member of the SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC COUNCIL (1991-2011).

Arbitrator and Mediator of the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service (SIMA).
