Law degree from the University of Valladolid.
Professional experience
Founding partner of the company in 1977. Practicing lawyer in the Bar Associations of Madrid, San Sebastián and Jerez de la Frontera. Participation in negotiation of numerous collective bargaining agreements in different regions and sectors. Negotiation of merger and concentration processes and business and sectoral restructuring plans, designing their succeeding legal instruments in both cases. Definition of strategically distinct units of collective bargaining. Handling of different proceedings for modification of employment conditions. Labor disputes. Labor law advising, etc.
Mediator of the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service (SIMA).
Teaching / Publications
Professor in the Master’s Degree Program in Labor Relations of the Spanish Confederation of Employers’ Organizations (CEOE). Speaker in various conferences, debates and workshops. Regular publications in specialized journals. Member of the editorial board of the studies published on collective bargaining in the Autonomous Communities of Madrid and Andalusia after the statutory reform of 1994.
