Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and European Social Dialog from the Carlos III University.

Professional experience

Joined the company in 1997. Partner since 2006. Practicing lawyer in the Madrid Bar Association since 1996. Participation in negotiation of numerous collective bargaining agreements in different regions and sectors. Labor force adjustment plans and modification of employment conditions. Labor disputes. Labor law advising, etc.

Mediator of the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service (SIMA).
